Yes. Knots bleaching, hairline customisation, tinting, band fitting, and light styling can be selected during order handling.

How long does nationwide delivery take?

Lagos orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days. Interstate delivery typically lands within 2 to 5 business days.

How do payment options work at checkout?

Clients can now move from delivery details into a dedicated payment-selection screen for bank transfer, Paystack-style online payment, or a WhatsApp-assisted order handoff.

Can I pay in installments?

Installment-ready architecture is supported in checkout. For live orders we currently support one-time card, bank transfer, and gateway payments.

What if the lace tone needs adjustment?

Our support team can advise on tinting before dispatch, and we include care guidance for post-purchase refinement.

Can I send my order to customer service first?

Yes. If you want sizing guidance, timing confirmation, or customization help, the checkout flow can send your order directly to WhatsApp for assisted completion.

What counts as a customized order?

Bleached knots, lace tinting, plucking, curl styling, wand set, bun prep, and other finish adjustments are treated as customization and may extend dispatch timelines.

Do you support showroom pickup?

Yes. Pickup can be arranged from the Lekki showroom once the order is confirmed and prepared for release.

What should I do after paying by transfer?

Send your receipt on WhatsApp immediately after payment so the team can verify and move your order into fulfillment without delay.

How should I care for the hair after install?

Use sulfate-free cleansing, low to medium heat, silk storage, and lightweight finishing products. Each product page includes specific care guidance for that texture.
